At Ziba Vogue, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, because we operate exclusively online, our return and exchange policy is limited to ensure fairness and product quality.
Return & Exchange Window
- You may request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Requests made after this time will not be accepted.
Conditions for Return / Exchange
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- All original tags and labels must be intact.
- Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or discounted items
- Customized or altered products
- Hygiene-sensitive items (such as jewelry, cosmetics, etc.)
How to Request a Return / Exchange
- Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order via our support channel (WhatsApp/email).
- Share your order number and clear photos/videos of the product.
- Send the item back through the same courier service or another courier with tracking at your own expense (unless the item is defective/incorrect).
Refunds
- Refunds are only issued if the item is defective or incorrect.
- In other cases, we offer exchange or store credit only.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Important Notes
- We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our conditions.
- Ziba Vogue is not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping.
- This policy applies only to orders placed directly through zibavogue.com.
